chruch sunday and turkey bowl practice was nicee, my left butcheek hurts, and im sore

oo back to school -_- hah, but God is good, all the time!

Wow its been a while since i've written in here, i had a great summer thats why : ) God has just made me even closer to himself over the summer.  God made me so much more satisfied with him than i ever was, and i'm glad to say my relationship with him never will stop growing.  his everlasting love is soo much greater than the things of this world that will never last, that never changing grace and mercy draws me close to him everytime. 

When Christ becomes the center of our lives everything be made right.  

I got a lot of this Labor day retreat we just recently had, it was such a blessing and i was so thankful to be able to go to it, here are some things Pastor Fuji talked about:

• Jesus comes in grace and works from the inside out
• You cannot work for grace, outside in
• Once you start trying to be a "better christian" you've distorted the truth of the Gospel, we cannot make ourselves better
• Jesus is: 1.Lord of Creation
•              2.Savior of a new creation
•              3.Reconciler of alianation (our spiritual alianation from God)
• Jesus absorbes our alianation from God through his blood so that we can have a relationship with him

1. You are more sinful than you could ever imagine
2. God is more gracious than you could have ever hoped

• Things that hold us captive: (Distortions of the Gospel) self imposed
•              1.Hollow,deceptive philosphy
•              2.Human tradition (post modern culture)
•              3.Shadow of powers (satan or fear)
•         False religion , False freedom
• True freedom:
•              1.Jesus
•               2.knowing your problems and going to Jesus
• Jesus paid in full and the recipt is the cross, paid the price we could not pay
• When we put our faith in him he becomes united with us (Jesus)
• his perfect life becomes ours
• his death on the cross becomes ours
• SEEK, FIND, and KNOW JESUS
• The antidote to whatever is to Fall in love with Jesus

Jesus must become the center of our lives then everything will go right
